Q: What certifications do you have for your materials and printing?

In addition, we provide ISO 9001 quality management certification, and all our printing can use eco-friendly soy-based inks to meet strict international environmental standards.

Q: Are your packaging boxes and materials environmentally friendly?
A: Yes, absolutely. We offer a wide range of eco-friendly options, including recyclable corrugated boards, biodegradable kraft papers, and materials with FSC certification. We also offer water-based coatings (instead of plastic lamination) for a greener alternative.

Q: Can we get FSC certification printed on our boxes?
A: Yes, we can print the FSC® logo on your packaging, provided that your design meets the FSC licensing and labeling rules. This is the perfect way to demonstrate your brand's commitment to protecting the environment to your end consumers.

Q: Do you have any other certifications?
A: Yes, besides FSC, we also strictly adhere to ISO 9001:2015, and we can provide specific documents such as SGS test reports and REACH compliance upon request for your specific market needs.

Q: How can you guarantee the quality of your environmentally friendly materials?
A: Our FSC-certified raw materials are sourced from top-tier suppliers. We conduct rigorous incoming material inspections and strict quality control checks at every stage of production to ensure that you receive premium, durable, and eco-friendly packaging without compromising quality.

Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pcs per design. However, for standard stock sizes, we can usually accommodate smaller test orders. Please contact us to see if we can support your project!

Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: Standard production takes 10-20 business days after artwork confirmation and deposit payment. For urgent projects or small quantities, our digital printing line can deliver in as fast as 7-10 business days.

Q: Can I get a sample before mass production?
A: Yes! We offer a free digital mock-up for design confirmation. If you need a physical sample, we can produce it at a small cost, which is fully refundable upon your final bulk order. Sampling takes about 5-7 days.

Q: How is the sample fee refunded?
A: For bulk orders exceeding our standard MOQ, the physical sample cost will be fully deducted from your total order amount. However, for small trial orders below our standard MOQ, the sample fee is non-refundable but will be credited towards your first bulk order.

Q: Do you offer custom design and structure support?
A: Absolutely. Our in-house design team provides free layout templates, die-cut structural drawings, and mock-up services. Just send us your logo, artwork, or a reference image; we will turn it into a print-ready file.

Q: What file formats do you accept for artwork?
A: We accept AI, PDF, CDR, or high-resolution (300dpi) images. If you don't have a print-ready file, our design team can provide free layout support to help you create one.

Q: How do you ensure the printing quality is accurate?
A: We use CMYK offset printing and PMS Pantone color matching. Before mass production, we run a strict "Pre-Press Color Proof" process to ensure your brand colors are reproduced exactly as designed. We also have strict AQL quality inspection before packing.

Q: What are your shipping and payment terms?
A: We offer EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms to meet your delivery needs. For payment, we accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance) and PayPal for sample orders. For large VIP orders, L/C at sight is also acceptable.

Q: Can you handle shipping and customs for me?
A: Yes, we have a professional logistics team. We can arrange air freight, sea freight, and express courier services (DHL, UPS, FedEx) to anywhere in the world. We also provide documentation support including commercial invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin (CO).

Q: Is my design and artwork kept confidential?
A: Yes, 100%. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you share any sensitive designs. Your branding and artwork are protected and will never be shared with third parties.

Q: What if there is a problem with my order?
A: We stand by our products with a 100% Quality Guarantee. If you receive a damaged or defective product due to our manufacturing error, we will replace or refund it immediately. We aim to build long-term partnerships, not one-off transactions.
